Announcement of Executive Personnel Changes

Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereafter KCM), headquartered in Tokyo, hereby announces that the executive personnel changes determined at today’s Board of Directors meeting, as outlined below.

  1. Appointment and retirement of executive officers effective April 1
  2. Changes in responsibilities of Directors and Executive Officers effective April 13.
  3. Retirement of Consultants effective March 31
  4. Appointment of candidates for Directors and Auditor to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June
  5. Appointment of Corporate Officers effective April 1
  6. Senior management personnel changes associated with the above executive appointments.
