Important changes in directors and executive officers

Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (or KCM) , headquartered in Tokyo, announces that at its Board of Directors meeting held on March 6th, will be making personnel changes as follows.

  1. Appointment and Promotion of an executive officer, effective April 1, as well as retirement of executive officers, effective at the end of March
  2. Changes of responsibility areas of directors and executive officers, effective April 1
  3. Retirement of consultant, permanent consultant, and senior advisor, effective at the end of March or June
  4. Appointment of directors, which will be discussed at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the end of June 2023
  5. Responsibility areas of executive officers, which will be resolved at the board of directors meeting after the above-mentioned ordinary general meeting of shareholders

The new structure of officers, effective April 1, as well as the responsibility areas of directors and executive officers, to be effective after the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the end of June, are included here.
